Services and facilities on each floor

Check-in / Arrival LobbyCheck-in counters, arrival lobby, and other convenient facilities including internet stations and bus/rental car services are available for all passengers arriving at Kochi Ryoma Airport.

  • Information desk

    You can receive information on airport facilities and flight schedules, as well as paging service, lost property service, and copy & FAX services here.


  • Rental cars

    Car rental reservation counter is located next to the information desk. Choose the best offer for you from the choice of rental car agencies!


  • Cash machines (ATMs)

    Cash machines are available for Bank of Kochi, Shikoku Bank, and AEON Bank. They also accept major credit cards and only withdrawal is available for cash cards from Post Bank.


  • Changing room for
    pilgrims

    Special area for pilgrims. Change, have a nice tea and relax before setting off on your journey!


  • Baggage lockers

    Available in 3 sizes; small, medium, and large. (Hours: 6:25-20:40 Cost: 300-500 JPY per day / up to 7 days)


  • Nursing room
    (multi-pur pose area)

    Equipped with a baby changing table and a bed. Available for nursing, emergency cases, and other events.


  • Multipurpose toilets
    (unisex accessible)

    Multipurpose toilets feature automated doors, grab bars, and emergency buttons in spacious cubicles to accommodate wheelchair users and anyone with a special need.


  • Automated External
    Defibrillators (AEDs)

    AED units can be found in front of the arrival exit, next to the departure gate, and also next to the boarding gate 2.


  • Airport police station

    The airport police station is responsible for the safety of all areas of the airport. Please contact the information desk for lost properties.


  • Double door elevator

    No need of turning-around inside the elevator! Good and convenient design for wheelchair users and travelers with large baggage.


  • Busses and tickets

    Fast, easy, inexpensive way to get to the city center (bound for JR Kochi Station and Kochi Prefectural Office). Tickets are available at the vending machine.

Departure LobbyDeparture lobby features attentive services and facilities that open to all airport users, including shops and restaurants, massage chairs, internet stations and smoking areas.

    (charge)

    Nice and quiet waiting room is available for a group of up to 25 people. (Cost: 3,240 JPY / 1hour)

Observation deckVast, panoramic, and admission-free observation deck on the roof top. Both individuals and groups can enjoy watching the airfield activities! (Upon visiting in large groups, please make a reservation.)
